Here’s a breakdown of your delivery options, calculated from the day you place your order. Note deliveries for orders over $60- are free. Note: Deliver times are approximate only and include production time.

During checkout for every order, we’ll show you an expected delivery time for each of your products – and we’ll let you know if some items need to be delivered in separate packages.

Delivery times for orders made after 8pm AEST are calculated from the next business day. Some products have different delivery options and delivery times

 

Product Exceptions

Some products will take a little longer to produce and ship.

If your order includes products with different delivery speeds, it can be split into separate deliveries. This avoids delaying products that you can receive sooner.

You’ll have a choice of delivery speeds, depending on which products are in your cart. For example, if some of your items are available for Fast Track delivery, you will be able to choose this option. You only need to select and pay for one speed.

Before you make the payment, we’ll show you how your order will be split and the estimated date that each product will be delivered to your address. This means you’ll know prior to purchase which products in your cart may arrive later than your chosen delivery speed.

A: Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details. As we use Australia Post to deliver, all parcels can be easily tracked with the tracking number provided at the time of order. You may be asked to sign for your parcel when it arrives by Australia Post.
A: We use Australia Post to deliver items in your order that we print in our Australian facility in Victoria. Products not printed in Australia are delivered using a variety of international couriers.
A: As we work with Australia Post, we can deliver to a nominated PO Box that you nominate at the time of purchase.
A: We offer up to 4-business-day delivery on orders placed before 8pm AEST. Some exceptions do apply; certain products can’t be rushed.
A: Yes. Our listed speeds include both the time it takes to print your order and deliver it to the address provided.
A: When you add an item to your cart, you’ll be asked to choose a shipping speed. After that, we’ll show you the expected arrival date for your item. Bad weather and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t get there on time, email our customer care team at info@Digital Direct International.com.au
A: We’re sorry, but because of our production process, we can’t accommodate special delivery requests.
A: Typically, all deliveries will be made during normal business hours from Monday to Friday.
A: Packages may arrive as late as 6pm (local time), so it may arrive later in the day. If available, you can also view your tracking information with Australia Post using the tracking number provided. Please use the Australia Post tracking service at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/
